So, Today Topic --- Eat healthy!


根据哈佛公共卫生学院的营养专家的“健康饮食餐盘”,健康饮食需有
30%蔬菜,20%水果,25%蛋白质,25%全谷类,水,少量健康油

According to Healthy Eating Plate, created by nutrition experts at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and editors at Harvard Health Publications,  Healthy Eating Plate consist of 30% vegetable, 20% of fruits, 25% of proteins and 25% of whole grain, healthy plants oil and water



这与以前那以谷与淀粉类的金字塔有着非一般的差别啊 !

除了均衡饮食,少吃加工与高糖的食品饮料也很对健康很有帮助。
健康又避免发胖,何乐不为
Besides balance diet, having less processed and high sugar food and drink are important for health too.
